A Landlord Gas Safety Certificate is also known as a CP12 certificate, it is a legal requirement for landlords to have. It is a document that shows all gas appliances, fittings and flues within a rented property meet safety regulations. The certificate is issued by one of our Gas Safe Registered Engineers after conducting a thorough inspection and ensuring the gas installations are safe to use.
We also check that any Co2 and Smoke alarms are in working order and date compliant.
